The terms and conditions you agree to when purchasing a product:
Part 1. The store guarantees:
1. Technical support response within 24 hours from the moment of request.
Usually technical support responds much faster, with the exception of night time.
2. The performance of accounts within 24 hours from the date of their purchase, if all the rules and conditions for working with accounts are observed, given in Part 2.
Start using accounts right away. many sites delete accounts for inactivity / arrange scheduled purges. After 24 hours after the purchase, even if you did not use the accounts, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Replacement of accounts within 1 hour from the moment of their purchase, if the accounts are non-working due to the fault of the good-rega.ru store, if all the rules and conditions for working with accounts given in Part 2 are met and if a preliminary login request was made before launch accounts.
If you logged into your account and did something with it, and then it was banned, then it is no longer subject to replacement / refund
4. Refund if accounts cannot be replaced. Return is possible on Qiwi, Lava.
Refunds to a bank card and other payment systems are not possible.
5. Sale of accounts in one hand.
The store does not and will never resell accounts.
Part 2. When using accounts purchased on the good-rega.ru website, it is prohibited:
1. Log in to 2 or more accounts without a proxy and from one device.
You can use accounts without a proxy and from the same device (different browsers are not different devices), but in this case we will refuse to replace / refund.
2. Use your home static ip address, ipv6 proxies, public proxies, packet proxies, shared proxies.
It is allowed to use only personal (they are also individual) ipv4 proxies, mobile and residential proxies.
3. Use any paid and free VPN services.
Any VPN service uses public ip-addresses that are used by strangers.
4. Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS and VPS servers.
Any site can determine that you are not accessing it from a real device. This significantly lowers the trust of accounts and leads them to blocking.
Part 3. Other terms and conditions:
1. Orders are stored in the store for no more than 1 month.
We will not be able to restore your orders if you have lost/deleted them.
2. In case of long-term use of the purchased accounts, the client is obliged to change their passwords and independently take care of their security.
This applies to those cases when, after a year, for some reason, someone steals your account. Thus, you will be sure that the problem is not on the side of the store.
3. Purchased valid goods cannot be returned/replaced.
This applies to those cases when you were inattentive when choosing a product and, having bought it, want to make a return or exchange.
4. The store and its employees do not provide training and advice.
We do not work with accounts, so we cannot fully advise you.
5. By purchasing accounts and leaving your mail upon purchase, you automatically agree to the newsletter from our store.
Distribution is very rare.
By agreeing to the rules (at the time of purchase), the client confirms that:
1. The client has read the detailed description of the accounts.
2. The client has read all the terms and conditions of the store and agrees to them.
3. After the purchase of the goods, all responsibility passes to the customer.
4. If any point of the rules is violated, the client has no claims against the store and its employees.
